Does moonlight have UV rays?

Moonlight does contain UV rays, but they're so faint you'd need a space suit just to notice.

Moonlight is just sunlight reflected off the moon's surface, so yes, it technically carries UV rays. However, the intensity is so incredibly low that it’s practically harmless and undetectable by normal human skin. Don’t worry about moonburn unless you’re planning to camp on the moon itself.
